Don’t you need to change the container and lid at the end of the chift of all the sauces and soups etc ? Instead of wiping down the lid later on ?

tip for busy days...keep those sauces hot in vacuum bags in a Bain Marie...it helps also the dishpit guys from hard to clean burnt bottoms 😁
