Hell I’m type 2 as well and my sugar still stay high asf and some times it’s at 189 then shoot back up to 349 to 375 after I eat n I love to eat but still tryna figure out how to handle it and control

It’s a struggle I have type 1 diabetes and I’m currently in dka now diabetic ketoacidosis but my mom is a type 2 and hers is never bad I can ask her for a meal plan for you

I was doing good but now I'm falling off. but when I first got serious, I cut out regular sodas, no bread, sweets. I eat fish n chicken often, I cook big pots of veggies. doing this I lost 60 pounds

I try my best !! More water !! Not to many crabs !! But sugar is a challenge we all are different mines stay high !! Far as eating salad & water 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️salmon more veggies
