I had to take two days off to travel 30 minutes by train, 1 hour by bus, to spend 15 minutes in the only immigration location in my prefecture. Then I had to wait 2 hours for the next bus out.

here in the Philippines you can call high tech cause the government has an app centralised for its citizens called egov
