Mach ich auch 🙈und on top entschuldige ich mich wenn ich geniest habe, weil meine Mutter sich dadurch immer gestört fühlte.. zudem niese ich (wahrscheinlich deswegen) sehr leise

my abusive stepdad made it absolute to say, or dire consequences. haven't said it for 5 years now, just a bodily function. no more guilt.

Definitely. If someone doesn't say bless you I feel like I don't matter. I must bless someone when they sneeze too, have to otherwise its unfinished

I learnt how to sneeze quietly. So I just make a small noise & nod my head. I never realised until my child did it. Now I realise I was scared to sneeze incase I made to much noise
