INGREDIENTS: 2/3 cup cottage cheese (I used @good_culture ) 1 & 1/2 cups milk (I used @alexandrefamilyfarm) 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs (I used @vitalfarms) Pinch of salt 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 cups flour (I used @bobsredmill) 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 🫐 To garnish: whipped cream, banana, blueberries, strawberries INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and use a waffle maker to make the waffles. I cook them for 6 minutes, and they come out crispy and fluffy.
