I asked my neighbors if they wanted to pitch in when I was going to rebuild my fence on his side. He said it was not his responsibility since it's my fence. So I removed it and called the city code enforcement. My neighbor seems to have forgotten that by code he needs a fence since he has a pool in his backyard. So guess who had to pay for a fence. 😅😂
