@mariannas_pantry: AIR FRYER HOT HONEY CHICKEN BITES Ingredients 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes 2 eggs 1 cup corn flake breadcrumbs 1/2 cup regular breadcrumbs 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 tbsp honey 2/3 cup buffalo wing sauce Olive oil cooking spray For serving: White or brown rice Cucumber slices Avocado Instructions: 1. First make corn flake bread crumbs but adding corn flakes to a food processor and pulsing on high until completely broken down. Add to a bowl along with original breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic and onion powder. Mix and set aside 2. Diced the chicken then whisk together eggs in a bowl. Dunk chicken pieces in egg mixture then coat in breadcrumbs. Add to air fryer basket and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Air fry at 375F for 15-18 min (you may have to do two batches depending on size of air fryer). 3. While chicken cooks whisk together honey and buffalo wing sauce in a large bowl. When chicken is done cooking add to sauce and mix to evenly coat each piece. 4.
