Yes I finally cleared mine by drinking spearmint tea, taking inositol, eating healthier, drinking a lot more water, and exercising

I don’t have severe hormonal acne but I have tried spearmint tea and I take it especially around my periods or when I feel like my acne is flaring. It has been very helpful 💚💚

In my experience, the only way i was ever truly able to address this was by taking Yaz. The topicals helped manage it, but the breakout only lasted for 5-6 months when I continuously took it
