Try the Nivea 3in1 Repair hand lotion or Working Hands, + a mild and hydrating hand soap. Trust me, I’m a nurse I know the struggle of dry hands.

The solution is to use the best hand moisturizer (hopefully with urea) and use it only at night just when you are going to sleep so you won't feel it

i work in a derm office, grab some vaseline / aquaphor and some nitrile gloves— apply to hands and put gloves on, way less messy and very moisturizing!
