K18 and olaplex. Go slow going lighter. And try and wash your hair as little as possible!

hairdresser advice - use products like K18 and olaplex! Minimise the heat on your hair and if so using heat use under 180 degrees always use HEAT PROT

Take it lighter slowly, minimize heat styling, and balance protein treatments with moisture or it'll feel like straw.

A great purple shampoo (no supermarket stuff) regular treatments at the hairdressers, don’t sleep in wet hair & don’t brush wet hair (comb) or wait until dry
