Looking for a simple yet delicious side dish? These Garlic Butter Sautéed Mushrooms are packed with rich, buttery goodness and a hint of garlic, making them the perfect addition to meal Here’s a simple recipe for you! Serves: 2-3 Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 10 mins Ingredients: 2 packets (about 400g) white button mushrooms, quartered (halve smaller ones) 1 bulb garlic, chopped (add more if you love that garlicky kick!) 1 tbsp butter (or more for extra buttery goodness) 1 tbsp oil Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Heat a pan over low-medium heat and add the oil and butter. Once the butter foams, add the garlic in. Fry till fragrant. Then, add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown and fragrant. If it gets too dry, add a little oil and water. In my case, I added both and covered the pan to let the mushrooms release their liquid. Turn up the heat and continue frying until the liquid evaporates. Turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
