@samhollandfood: Panna Cotta - Date Night #5 Ingredients 100ml of cream 75ml of milk 30g sugar 2 tsp of vanilla extract 1 and a half sheets of leaf gelatine 50g frozen berries 50g sugar Fresh mint Icing sugar Method Place your leaf gelatine into a bowl of cold water. Then add your cream, milk, sugar and vanilla into a pan and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat, squeeze out the water from the gelatine and add it into the cream mixture and whisk it jn. Fill your moulds up with the cream mixture and refrigerate overnight. Add your berries and sugar into a pan and simmer until the berries are soft. When you’re ready to have your desserts, plunge the moulds into warm water to loosen them up. Turn them out and spoon over the berry compote and garnish with some fresh mint and a dusting of icing sugar. #foryoupage #pannacotta #dessert #datenight #ValentinesDay #samholland
