Vanilla 2 C. Peanuts Prepare a loaf by lining w/ plastic wrap and layering 1 cup of peanuts in the bottom of the pan and set aside. Next in a saucepan over medium heat mix together scm, pb, salt, and vanilla and continue to cook for 15 minutes til it becomes a thick nougat. Pour nougat into prepared pan evenly spreading the nougat over the peanuts, then top with remaining peanuts, slightly pressing them into the nougat. Cover. Place in the refrigerator to allow the candy to cool completely and set for a few hours. Once set cut into bars. Store in airtight container in the fridge 😁
