I hope you got evidence, a witnesses or a police report. These car insurance companies are wild, will try to deflect their insurers responsibility, so they don’t have to be liable for anything. 😡

Former Insurance Agent, please get a quote prior to getting insurance involved 😩 If the repairs exceed your deductible then place the claim, if not then don’t do a claim.. also, something I learned..
