The way I take pills is I take a drink of whatever, then tilt my head back and pop the pills in my mouth and swallow. So much easier. Feel better!

I was always taught to take a sip, place the pill on the back of my tongue, take some big gulps of my drink. Usually tilt my head back so the pill sinks to the back of my throat 🙏
