🤎Biscoff cinnamon rolls 🤎 *makes 12 rolls  Ingredients for the dough: - 4 cups all purpose flour - 1/3 cup granulated sugar - 1 packet of active instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp) - 1 egg - 8 Tbsp unsalted butter - 1 1/2 cups whole milk Filling: - 3/4 cup Biscoff spread (I like to use the crunchy version) - 10 crushed Biscoff cookies - 3/4 cup heavy cream Frosting:  - Mix 2 Tbsp unsalted butter and 5oz cream cheese for 2 min. Add in 3 Tbsp Biscoff spread, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 2 Tbsp milk and mix until smooth. Directions: 1. For the dough: Microwave the milk and butter together until the butter melts. Mixture should be warm, not hot. 2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt using the hook attachment. Add in the milk/butter mixture and mix on med-low for 2 min.  3. Add in the egg then slowly increase the speed for 1 min. Then continue mixing on high for 7min. If the dough is really sticky by the end, add in 1-2 Tbsp of flour. 4. Knead dough into a smooth ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover and store in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. 5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 6. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough into a long rectangle. Spread the Biscoff spread across the dough then top with the crushed Biscoff cookies. 7. From the long end, roll dough into a tight roll. Use string to cut out 12 rolls. 8. Place rolls in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Pour the 3/4 cup heavy cream over the rolls and brush each roll so it’s covered in cream,  9. Place in the oven for ~30min or until golden brown. Let them cool. 10. Wait until rolls have cooled for at least 20 min before spreading the frosting on top. Top with extra crushed Biscoff cookies (optional). 11.
