@emilyscooking_: MINI FLYING DUTCHMAN BURGERS 🍔 I've been seeing this everywhere and wanted to know what the hype was! We don't have an in and out in the UK so I made my own version with what I had at home. It's like a double cheese burger served with an onion bun and a mix of sauces and pickle juice. I had some meatballs in the fridge so I put two together to make a patty, I seasoned them with salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning and garlic. Sliced medium onions and fried them with a little worcestershire sauce and added cheese slices and assembled the burger. I wish I had more cheese but we ran out 🤦🏾‍♀️ I fried it all on my new @H E X C A L hybrid griddle pan, the quality is insane! *gifted My sauce is mayo mixed with ketchup, mustard, chopped gherkins and the juice and a touch of sugar. Also adding pickle juice to this takes it to another level! You can make this vegan, use beef, lamb or chicken mince, whatever you prefer.
