@jacobzemer: Happy Super Bowl Sunday. Dieting is all about awareness. You need to be aware about what’s going on that day and how it’s going to impact your health and fitness goals. I want to enjoy this evening with friends, family and some chicken wings. So to do that successfully I’m getting my activity in early, I planned out my meals for the day and I’m crushing a session of weight training. I plan to enjoy a cheat meal today while still staying in line with goals for summer. And remember if you weren’t prepared for today or you don’t win the Super Bowl it’s okay.
