I remember in Poland, a friend stopped by the POLICE STATION to get breathalyzed before driving home. Blew my mind that it could be a safe option.

In Ontario, Canada, it’s 0.00 (so no drinking and driving) if you are under a certain age no matter the license class. If you are over 25 but have a G1 or G2, it’s also 0.00

Japan the limit is .03, but a lot of places have a Daiko Service. Taxi w/ 2 drivers. 1 for the Taxi and 1 for your car.

In South Africa they are currently changing the limit from 0.08 to 0. But aviation remains 0.02. So you can fly while buzzed but not drive.

You can get them in America yes, but they aren’t single-use. Typically have them on hand to make sure friends are ok to drive home or not
