@mic_keey: #onthisday I was so lucky to able to build up a large freezer stash the first couple of months when i had an oversupply, when I returned to work 6 months pp my bub could still receive all the benefits of breastmilk from the stash. At that point pumping wasn’t doing a whole lot for me anymore and I was pumping such little amounts, I packed it all away a few weeks after returning to work and just continued to breastfeed at home, express milk feed and also started to introduce formula. I tried all the lactation products, pumps, diets to help increase my supply but It made no difference for me and thats ok, being a just enougher is more than fine, doesnt mean there is anything wrong with your body or supply ❤️ #justenougher #pumpingmom #workingmum #freezerstash #spectra
