@askvinh: Here's 1 SIMPLE change you can easily make in your every day speech that will give you more authority and credibility when you speak! By ending your sentence on a lower pitch versus a higher pitch, it makes you sound more certain in what you say as opposed to making what you say sound like a question as if you're unsure.
