@floriangadsby: You may have seen these tiny jars in some photographs posted last week, including an almost alien round form with the usual wide, flat lid. Together with Ciro himself sat on the wheel, this is what he gets after trying to claw his way onto my lap for almost an hour, wheel jail. These storage jars aren’t as small as their miniature versions you may have seen me posting about lately, rather they’re thrown from 300 grams and should hold a sizeable amount of tea, that’s what I’ll be using them for, and they’re pieces that’ll be exhibited a little later in the year if all goes according to plan, (they fire well). I said this in my previous post, but creating a rounded shape after spending so many years focusing on straight lines and planes feels utterly bizarre, seriously, I know it shouldn’t but I only ever trim curves on the insides of bowls, never on the outside like this. #pottery #miniaturedachshund #potteryvideos #dachshund #oddlysatisfying #craft
