Girl I used to have the same problem and it’s bc you have wavy hair! Use curly hair products and you should get beautiful waves!!

ur hair looks like it may have a little bit of a curl/wave hence the friz when u brush it out try following a curly/wavy hair routine if u want to explor that option

Frizzy hair usually cause by humidity, water too hot, heat and friction its hard to get rid. Even u did keratin treatment after awhile it will be frizzy again.

I use a Dyson too and I recently started using hairspray for finishing the hair plus it locks out moisture and reduces frizz. I use Skala for natural curly styles to reduce frizz.

If you style your hair straighter then use biosilk hair oil after blow drying !!! I love it can’t do my hair without it or my flu always are absurd
