same!!!! mine was throwing up, had a fever, we ended up at the hospital and she is just smiling and waving at everyone. and I look like a crazy mom with a seemingly healthy toddler at the hospital

My son had a fever, was lethargic and becoming dehydrated. I took him to the hospital and he was smiling at the doctors and gave her a giggle when she tickled his tummy. I felt like a liar 😂
