I feel like that defeats the purpose of the air fryer since the air is supposed to surround top/bottom of your food to cook it. Now the heat mainly touches top and barely the bottom?

air fryer is easier to clean than silicone imo silicone like that is hard to really get clean.

i think this is actually really cool! yeah u can just clean it but u also have to take out the tray and wash the tray and the bottom! yes it can be easy but some think its easier to just use that!
