Ugh it feels so good. I've been doing this and then put rosemary oil on my scalp and give it a massage, put my hair in a silk bonnet and sleep in it. Then I wake up and wash my hair. Game changer!

after i got acrylic nails it stopped me from picking ( i couldnt and still cant get a good grip on a scab so they all healed )

I use deputed apple cider vinegar on my scalp before I shampoo. Then blow dry wash ever 3 days.

So I’ve had bad bad dandruff and itchy scalp. Scratching makes my hair fall out in LARGE amounts. Could be a deficiency thooo 🤞🏻
