What's for dinner tonight? Burgers and crispy potatoes for two🤍 Ingredients: 🫶🏻2 burger buns 🫶🏻2 veggie burger patties 🫶🏻cheese slices of your choice (I got emmental) 🫶🏻sauce: 3 tbsp harissa (or spicy sauce) and 2 tbsp mayo 🫶🏻toppings: tomato, honey caramelized red onions, pickles 🫶🏻 potatoes, how much your heart desires Steps: 1. Caramelized the onions: bake them on a pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil for 15’ on low heat, don’t forget to mix. After the 15’, add 2 tbsp of honey and let them caramelize for 10’, still on low heat. Set aside. 2. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes in water. Drain them, spread on a baking sheet, lightly crush them using a fork and sprinkle olive oil, garlic powder, salt and fine herbs or rosemary to taste. Bake on grill mode for 10’ or until golden and crispy. 3. Prep your burgers: add the sauce of your choice, your cooked veggie (or not) patty, cheese, slice of tomato, caramelized onions, pickles and finally, top with the burger bun. Bake in the oven for 2’ on grill mode. Plate with the crispy potatoes on the side and now you know #whatsfordinner #easydinnerideas #EasyRecipe
