Ingredients - 700g beef strips or thin steaks cut up - 1 sachet of taco seasoning - 1 onion - 1 red pepper - 2 garlic cloves - 1 can of passata - 1 tbsp tomato purée - Salt and pepper - 300g dried rice - Handful of coriander to garnish - 1 handful of cheddar Method: 1. Add all ingredients to the slowcooker apart from the rice, cheese and garnish. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6+ 2. Add in the rice (rinsed under cold water) with the hot stock and cook for 45 mins on high 3. Add cheese, close the lid and cook until melted.
