Ingredients 2 eel filets (if frozen defrost first ) Sauce 1/4 cup mirin 1 tsp sake 2 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce Directions 1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and simmer for 10 minutes to thicken. 2. Preheat the oven to 425F. 3. Brush the unagi with some oil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush on the sauce. Bake for 2 more minutes. 4. Switch the oven to broil and increase the temp to 500F.
