@eggblush: ‘look back’ one of fujimotos most personal works as it stems from his own childhood shows the true nature of art, the passion, and drive that comes along with it. being the first fujimoto one shot i read (and have reread plenty) i can’t help but feel a sort of attachment to it with being one of my favorite works. a coming of age plot line involving a relationship between two girls with it’s sketchy paneling and beautiful spreads brings out a certain catharsis of feeling. cannot rec this enough very hopeful for the adaptation as it is theee manga to highlight outside of chainsaw man #lookback #tatsukifujimoto #fujimoto #chainsawman #manga #lookbackmanga #mangarecommendation
