Just add rice for an incredible meal made faster, better, and cheaper than myself or a restaurant. Taste 🐟 The korma curry is spiced but not spicy with a balanced sweetness. The mackerel itself isn’t fishy at all within the coconut and ginger of the korma curry. It’s interestingly free of dairy but still hits the creaminess I like from korma. Texture 🐟 This has none of the common texture objections: meaning no bones, no scales, and no mushiness. It’s firm with a pleasant chew, as you’ll see it takes some pressure to make it flake apart. I quite like that it’s a large, meaty piece of fish so it stands up to the rich sauce. Price 🐟 This mackerel is a fantastic value at $5, available from Rainbow Tomatoes Garden.
