Cut bread into pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake at 400F 15-20 mins. 2. Whisk remaining ingredients together to make dressing. Steak Frites -2 ribeyes -3 Tbs butter -4 garlic cloves -bunch of thyme -frozen thin cut fries -1/3 cup melted duck fat 1.Dry steaks and season with salt and pepper. Sous Vide at 137F for 90mins. Or use the reverse sear method. 2. Toss frozen fries with duck fat and salt and pepper. Bake according to package directions. 3. Dry steaks again before searing in hot cast iron pan.
