@timmchiusano: recipe for a perfect-ish monday Fish Taco Recipe Disclaimer 🌮These are addicting and have been known to create a weekly habit out of tacos on Mondays❤️ Ingredients (for 2 adults & 1 child) -1 ¾ pounds of tilapia - ½ pound shredded green cabbage - ½ pound shredded purple cabbage - 1 jalapeno - 1 pack (about 16 medium size) strawberries - ½ or less cup of lemon juice - 1 avocado & 1 small guacamole - Olive oil spray - Salt/pepper How To Make Them Awesome - Preheat oven to 350 degrees - Coat tinfoil with olive oil spray, place fish, salt/pepper, flip & repeat - Cook the fish for 45 minutes Flipping half way through, leave it in for all 45 + a few for some crisp - In a large bowl mix the following o All cabbage o Strawberries well chopped o Lemon juice o Salt/pepper o Quarter of fresh jalapeno well chopped o Mix that slaw! - Grab your fav local guac, add in half an avocado and some more fresh jalapeno (optional) How To Eat Them - Heat corn tortillas, add fish, then a layer of guac and a hefty ass dose of slaw, repeat - Calories/macros per Timm’s portion: o Timm gets one tortilla, a couple chips, 8 oz. of fish, most of the slaw and 5 oz. of guac o 740 calories (42 carbs, 37 fat, 67 protein)
