It depends, landlords make that decision in your lease… my landlord has someone plow but my past i have been responsible

Look at your lease. Most leases will say it is the renter responsibility to the up keep of the property. I have always done it myself.

It typically goes hand and hand with whoever takes care of the landscaping of the rental.. that party would typically do snow removal also
