I have PCOS and was able to conceive and have 3 children. But only conceived with weight management if I was in the 200s couldn’t get pregnant once I got under 200lbs I got pregnant.

I have PCOS too! It’s difficult! With metformin I was able to loose 70pounds! I am not a doctor but without medication I think it’s impossible to loose weight no matter how well you eat!

I have the same kind of pcos. I can diet,exercise and do everything right and I gain. once I started treating the IR I started to lose. slowly but atleast it's coming off

I started walking 6+miles a day and dropped 60lbs (1yr) & most of my symptoms went away. Walking is a great way to treat IR, go slow just gotta move.
