to make rectangular, cut a big X in the top of the round dough, and then open up those four corners into a square, then roll it out to a rectangle!!

i roll the dough into a rectangle and cut the ends with a sharp knife - then use the ends for little cinnamon roll knots 😅💕 and put them on ice cream
