Scallion Oil Noodles in 10 minutes Ingredients 240g of Chinese noodles 6 green onions/scallions (pat dry and julienned) 3 cloves of garlic 4 tbsp of soy sauce 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce 2 tbsp of Chinsu hot sauce 2 tbsp of brown sugar Oil, for frying Sesame seeds, for ganish Steps: 1.
