Check out https://www.caraisins.com/ for more recipes, https://www.raisins.org/ for more about RAC #SweetbyNature #Raisins #CaliforniaRaisins Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup unsalted butter, softened ½ cup white sugar 1¼ cups brown sugar ¼ cup corn syrup 3 pcs eggs ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts Procedure: Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line with flour or parchment paper. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and add half a cup of the mixture to the raisins, coating them well. Cream together your butter, sugar, and syrup until light and fluffy. Add your eggs one at a time, making sure each egg is well incorporated before adding another. Fold in your raisins and walnuts then pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes then lower your heat to 300F then bake for another 30 minutes. Cool down completely. Makes 6 servings
