As a physician I can tell you this happens because this dr is supposed to see a patient every 10 minutes and write an extensively long note at the same time.He would rather talk to u than write a note

Ha. That's nothing went to see the doctor and he did a pap and when I asked for my results a week later they said they had no record of me being there.

My doc is old school and doesn't have a laptop in the exam room. He handwrites his notes and looks at my chart. Refreshing this age of medicine.
