my mom had intussusception last year. her symptoms came and went for a couple months before it was diagnosed and resected. hers was caused by a polyp. thank you for sharing and spreading awareness!

My husband had intussusception of the small intestine caused by a mass of pancreatic tissue that was probably there since birth. They ended up removing about 4 feet a small intestine.

Not intussusception, but I had an internal hernia and some of my intestines were removed. The pain was awful! I’m so proud of you.

i know this isn’t the same thing, but i almsot died 2 weeks ago from the most rare case of an internal hernia from a small bowel obstruction very suddenly and had to get surgery and your story-
