I’m pretty sure you can put Neosporin on it and just try to keep her inside maybe for a couple of days to let it heal

I have a Shepard that cut his nose from sniffing the hedge trimmer. Took him to emergency vet and they stitched it. Well they lasted the night.

my white GSD had his nose bit by another dog & chunk ripped off. Blead an awful lot. Took him to vet, had sutures, took probably a month to heal, maybe little more. Just needs time, lots of it.
