Ingredients: - 1lb corkscrew pasta - 3tbsp butter - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 black pepper - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1 tsp garlic powder - 3tbsp flour - 1 can evaporated milk - 2 cups heavy cream - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1lb mozzarella cheese - 1lb Colby jack cheese - 1/2lb sharp cheddar cheese Directions: 1. Shred cheese. Divide evenly into two bowls. 2. Boil pasta. Set aside. 3. Melt butter in large pan over medium heat. Add half seasonings. Combine. Add flour. Combine cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add evaporated milk. Whisk together until combined. Add heavy cream. Whisk together until smooth. 5. Add rest of seasonings. Combine. 6. Add half the cheese (one bowl). Combine until fully melted and creamy. 7. Add pasta and combine thoroughly. Remove from heat. 8. Layer macaroni and shredded cheese in a large baking dish: half the macaroni first then cheese, then macaroni, then rest of cheese. 9. Bake at 350F for 25 min. Then broil on low for 2-3 minutes until crispy. 10.
