These muffins are the perfect protein filled snack! They're sugar free (if you don't classify maple syrup as sugar and without the chocolate chips), and so delectable! I did half with chocolate chips and half with blueberries. Use my code: YOURPERINATALAT to save some dollas! 💵💵 Recipe: (feel free to screenshot) Drys: - 2 cups flour - 1 cup Canadian Protein Whey Protein Isolate in flavour Cinnabun - 2 tsp baking powder - 2 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp salt - 2 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 tsp nutmeg Wets - 2 eggs - 2 tbsp oil (I used olive, you can use whatever you've got) - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey - 2 tsp vanilla - 2 cup banana mush Preheat oven to 350°, place bananas on foil lined sheet, stab each with a fork multiple times, bake for 15 mins and remove. Then increase temp to 425° when done. Mix drys and wets separately, then together, add additional items as you'd like (ex. Chocolate chips, blueberries, nuts, etc). Place into muffin tins, bake at 425° for 5 mins, then decrease heat to 350° for 15 minutes.
