@autumn.kitchen: Love is in the air 💜 This is one of my favourite mould. I’m sure many would dm and ask about the source, so I’ll just share it here. This heart shape loaf tin is from San Neng, model SN2307 *Sweet stiff starter* 25g starter 75g flour 35g water 13g sugar *Dough* 175g bread flour 15g sugar 3g salt 75g milk 1 egg (~55g) 20g butter All of the sweet stiff starter purple potatoes paste - 13g purple potato powder + 30g water Method ➡️ Prepare sweet stiff starter and use when it’s triple. For me it takes about 7-8hrs at 27-28C. ➡️ Mix everything (except butter and purple potato powder) till dough comes together and strong. ➡️ Add butter and knead to achieve window pane. ➡️ split dough into two equal parts.
