i also got my baby a 2.5 tog with sleeves and feet. also increased the temp by 1 degree when she woke up for a week about 4. so yeah!... figuring out

Aww everything’s a lesson!! I thought my baby hated being laid on his back cos he didn’t like looking at lights… he had reflux and was in pain🥴😭😭

keep doing what your doing. you learn on the way. my son took a month to stop waking at up at 4-5am. Your doing so good!💜

My 18 month old used to do the same. I moved her nap forward a bit then put her to bed later. I took a couple of days but she is sleeping 8pm- 7/7.30

Obviously every baby is different but with our little boy since we’ve only used his room for bedtime he sleeps so much better. We used to let him play and he woke up all the time wanting to play
