Hi bolt. I was physically assaulted by one of your dispatch riders in the 2nd of June. The rider came without a dispatch box and said he'll put the bread my customer ordered inside a school bag he was with. I told him to hold it in his hand instead cos it's bread for someone traveling out and she won't accept it coming that way. He insisted I put it in the bag, when I refused he asked me to cancel the ride and pay him 1200 for a ride that we haven't even started, a ride of 2100 that he had earlier said i was going to pay him 2500 instead. I told him I can't pay such amount for a ride we've not started and i for sure didn't delay before getting to him, he flared up and attacked me. He had a sharp object on his hand and used it to tear my hand deeply when he grabbed me by the arm saying I must pay him, he attempted to scattered my customers bread and seize my phone when I took a picture of him. 💔I tried getting his information after canceling the trip but it wouldn't come up, and I only called him through the app so l only have his name on the app (David Tor) and a picture of him and the bleeding wound on my arm. I've been working with your app since I started my business and this experience is just soo traumatic Im now very scared of using your services ever again. People like David Tor shouldn't be working with a brand like yours. I'm so scared of using your services to run my business again cause of this trauma😭 @bolt_nigeria @bolt
