Those aren’t as accurate also have arm level with heart when taking bp always best to take in left arm and try to sit still the entire process

Place the cuff on and sit there for 2 minutes very still with legs uncrossed and perform deep relaxing breaths. Stress and movement will increase BP.

Mine was always reading high and we realized they needed to use the bigger cuff as I was in pain. I use the wrist one to check at home. Normal now

I have that blood pressure machine and it isn’t accurate for me! I compared it to other machines and comparing it to other machines it was so wrong!

Did you try beet juice? I'm currently pregnant and I am risk of high blood pressure and I'm really trying to avoid it. I start drinking beets research say it helps. And I did notice the change.

Bring cuff into next appt and compare to what they get, just to be on safe side. They should be doing labs and 24hr urine. Some start BP meds, not all
