Dude. For lassi just squeeze the mango all around like a stress ball. Cut a small hole at the stem part and squeeze out the pulp

Personally, id simply scoop out the flesh with a spoon, but it can be fairly messy for your hands but I’d rather wash my hands and save a bit of time! You could also peel it like a banana!
