As someone with both horrible emetophobia and horrible nausea, the peppermint tummydrops (its like a mint candy) help me for the most part when nauseous :) can get on amazon <3

i don’t have a phobia of throwing up but i get INSANE anxiety when i’m nauseated. because i hate puking 😭 my heart races so fast and then my nausea gets even worse. bad cycle

I did this one time but got my blanket and laid down in the bathtub. My bf at the time frantically came searching and was sad I didn’t wake him up :(

My fiance will literally stay up with me all night if I feel nauseous, I have gastroperisis and GERD. Plus the worst fear of being nauseous/sick :(

I had it so bad. Exposure is the best cure. I now work in healthcare and clean it up sometimes. I still gag tho ❤
