@bromabakery: weekend baking plans: single serve berry crisp. recipe below! 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen) 1 tsp granulated sugar 1 tsp flour 2 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp packed light brown sugar 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour 2 Tbsp old-fashioned oats pinch of cinnamon and salt 1. mix the berries with sugar and flour and pour into a greased ramekin. 2. mix together all the crisp ingredients, let it sit for 1-2 minutes, then squish in your fingers and place on top of the berries. 3. bake at 350F (180C) for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown enjoy!
